Steam rooms

A steam room is only as good as the waterproofing and detailing behind its finish, and that is the part we take most care over before any mosaic, zellige or plaster goes on. The steam rooms on this page are our own work.

Hammams

We line hammams in tadelakt or stone in the traditional Turkish and Moroccan way, with heating built into the benches and walls so the surfaces are warm as well as the air.

Saunas

We build saunas too, with the ventilation and electrical supply planned in from the start.

Tadelakt, zellige and polished plaster

Tadelakt has no joints and resists water, Moroccan zellige tiles are cut by hand so no two are quite alike, and polished plaster can run across walls and ceilings. We help you choose between them for each room.
